This position aims to prepare nurse scientists for successful research careers, providing mentorship from senior nursing faculty in grant writing, funding acquisition, and interdisciplinary research, specifically for research-intensive faculty positions at UNMC. Associates will engage with the research infrastructure provided by the College of Nursing and the Center for Chronic Illness Self-management and Prevention (CRISP), focusing on issues of chronic illness prevention and self-management across the lifespan.
