Doctoral Researcher in interactive AI

**Job Description**
Aalto University is seeking a full-time Doctoral Researcher to work on interactive Artificial Intelligence (AI). The research will focus on user studies and interactive AI systems, with the key objective of applying theories, models, and methods from psychology to enhance Human-AI interaction.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent knowledge in AI and at least one of these three key areas: quantitative user studies, statistical modelling of human experimental data or human augmentation
• Very good in scientific writing and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis
• Hands-on experience with R or Python
• Strong interest in prototyping
• Commitment to and interest in the design and implementation of Open Science/Open Source practices
• Very good in teamwork in an interdisciplinary collaboration setting
• Very good English skills

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Computer Science
• Cognitive Science
• Psychology
• Related field

**Experience**
Other:
• Eligible for PhD study at Aalto University
