**Job Description**
This project focuses on the plasma treatment of metallic surfaces for industrial applications, aiming to identify active plasma species and elucidate the underlying reaction mechanisms at the metal-plasma interface. Through a combination of plasma diagnostics (e.g., OES) and surface characterization techniques (FTIR, SIMS, XPS), the goal is to develop a scientifically grounded, scalable plasma treatment process. The outcome will support the implementation of robust, efficient surface modification solutions in industrial settings.
