**Job Description**
The post holder will serve as a dedicated, full-time research assistant for the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) TRACE project. This role involves supporting the Principal Investigator in project delivery, ensuring adherence to all contractual responsibilities of SEUPB. The TRACE project, funded through the PEACEPLUS programme, aims to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of the Products of Animal Origin (POAO) supply chain by developing and applying advanced technologies like multimodal imaging, computer vision, hyperspectral imaging, and Internet of Things sensors for real-time monitoring of critical parameters. The data captured will optimize supply chain operations.
**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience in supporting the delivery of large-scale, multi-partner projects, with evidence of successful achievement of project objectives, adherence to timelines, and delivery of agreed outputs
• Proven ability to successfully organise and manage events, including planning, coordination of logistics, stakeholder engagement, and delivery within set timelines and budgets
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Computing
• Sensor Technologies
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Blockchain
• Related Technology-focused Disciplines (or equivalent level 6 qualification)
