The Sonenblum Clinical Research Group in the School of Nursing at Emory University is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow. The interdisciplinary team focuses on pressure injury prevention and healing, addressing critical healthcare challenges through innovative research. The work combines non-invasive imaging technologies, deep learning, computer vision, and clinical workflow integration, collaborating closely with nursing partners and clinical collaborators to advance pressure injury care. The role involves designing and conducting research, receiving advanced training from a Principal Investigator, and developing professional skills for an independent research career.

• Strong analytical and programming skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Experience with one or more of: machine learning, medical imaging, or clinical research
• Interest in translational research and clinical implementation
• Ability to work effectively and collegially with colleagues
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Ph.D. (or equivalent) in biomedical engineering, nursing, computer science, data science, or related field
• Doctoral degree or equivalent (Ph.D., M.D., ScD., D.V.M., DDS etc) in an appropriate field
