The role involves leading the analysis of household surveys in Nigeria and Malawi to explore user experiences of illicit practices, their impact on healthcare-seeking behavior, and perceptions of involved actors. The post holder will contribute to high-profile publications, engage in academic and policy activities, support researchers in Malawi and Nigeria, and utilize global datasets to investigate the relationships between corruption, service delivery, and outcomes.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:

• Track record in designing surveys, overseeing their implementation, training researchers, analysing data, and playing a lead role in producing peer-reviewed papers (key author positions).
Other:
• Experience with national representative surveys.
• Ideally, experience with multi-country datasets (including health and socio-political variables).
